The Mayor and Council have been approached to consider supporting the effort to change the County, and subsequently the Town, Code to allow backyard hens in the R-55 (residential) zone.
10. ADOPTION O-4-12 REPEALING AND REENACTING THE ETHICS ORDINANCE
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The State’s new Ethics Law requires the Town of Cheverly to come into compliance. The repeal and reenactment of this Ordinance will accomplish this goal.
